Big incentives handled by Kuoni Destination Management
Kuoni Destination Management recently handled incentive trips of large numbers of persons from Malaysia to Europe. Two groups of 650 persons sent by “Spring View” and 850 persons sent by “PNL TRAVEL & TOURS SDN BHD” arrived almost simultaneously in various locations in Switzerland and France. Precise planning and coordination was key to success for these big movements.
Handling big incentive groups is becoming the norm for the department Sales Support of Kuoni Destination Management in Zurich. Beginning of November, two major large incentive groups, travelling from Malaysia, arrived in Zurich, Geneva and Paris. While one group toured Switzerland from North to South, covering Zurich, Titisee, Lucerne, Montreux and Geneva, the other group chose a mono Paris stay.
During their ten day visit, a multitude of arrangements had to be made: transfers, restaurants, hotels, sightseeing locations, guided tours, excursions, photo stops, shopping outings, events with traditional presentations, parties and airport check-ins.
Such large movements require precise planning, efficient handling and impeccable coordination.
A task Kuoni Destination Management and in particular its department Sales Support is skilled in and through which it duly earns customer satisfaction.
