Kuoni Events Switzerland, the events specialist department of Kuoni Destination Management invited its customers to an evening of cocktail shaking and networking. Event managers from various companies in Switzerland joined the cocktail party.
On Wednesday 13th August 2008, Kuoni Events invited its clients to an evening of cocktails. While offering a networking platform, this evening was the ideal opportunity to introduce and familiarise all guests with Kuoni Events’ services. An inspiring slide show welcomed all attendees to the modern “Zurich-West” event location of Kuoni. Shortly after and during a 20-minute presentation, Dieter Rumpel, Manager Kuoni Events, introduced and gave insight into the events department, the team and what they do. Kuoni Events specialises in tailor-made meetings, high-class incentive programmes, conferences and congresses, as well as events of all kind. Their complete services encompass conception, search for appropriate venues, compilation of suitable social programmes as well as coordination of all logistics.
The evening continued with a cocktail shaking demonstration by ”Remo Thörig” the runner-up world champion cocktail shaker. All guests were then treated to expertly mixed and refreshing cocktails. Then the guests were put to task and enjoyed a cocktail shaking lesson where they even learned some insider tricks. Interesting beverages and indeed new creations were the result of this pleasurable introductory course.
Kuoni Events will be exhibiting at the upcoming trade fair SuisseEMEX in hall 6 on stand 6.200 and will be delighted to welcome any visitors. (gyk)
