Conference & Touring has a new product line called “Green Meetings”. With immediate effect the company offers services geared towards arranging environmentally friendly events. Clients who actively participate in protecting the environment benefit from cost savings and can at the same time show corporate responsibility.
“Green Meetings” are business meetings or conferences conducted in a way that minimise the environmental impact they usually have. Major efforts are put forth to conserve resources, protect air and water quality, the habitat and human health.
Conference & Touring, a member of the Kuoni Destination Management network from Germany, newly specialises in arranging green events for all of their offered services. These include:
- Mobility
- Accommodation
- Communication
- Catering
- Conference and congress planning
- Social programmes
- Incentives and teambuilding events
- Give-aways
An abundance of measures can be taken to ensure preserving the environment, i.e. using public transportation, rather than a limousine service will help reduce emission; choosing a hotel or conference location which already uses eco friendly energy or water providers will make the event environmentally friendlier: also, working with a catering company that offers predominantly natural products will enhance the commitment to holding a Green Meeting.
“The goal of our Green Meetings is to help reduce emissions to a minimum.
