Kuoni Destination Management accommodates UN’s Climate Change Summit
During the United Nation’s Climate Change Summit, which will be held in Copenhagen from 7 to 18 December 2009, Kuoni Destination Management will offer attending delegates unique accommodation and meeting facilities on a cruise ship.
Kuoni’s Destination Management Company (DMC) in Copenhagen will offer delegates of the United Nations’s Climate Change Summit unique accommodation and meeting facilities on a cruise ship docked in the Copenhagen City Centre pier “Nordre Toldbod”. The DMC has rented the M/F Norröna which is a new high standard ship equipped with 354 cabins, all with private bathrooms. The ship also offers the usual facilities, such as restaurants, cafeteria, meeting facilities, fitness centre, game room, night club, bar, movie theatre and shops. Transfers to and from the event location will also be arranged. Different cabin categories are available and can be booked in different packages.
United Nation’s Climate Change Summit is being held in Copenhagen for the first time from 7 to 18 December 2009. Up to 20 000 delegates from all over the world are expected to participate. It is the biggest event to ever take place in Copenhagen.
“Accommodation in Copenhagen will be tight during the Climate Change Summit. With the cruise ship M/F Norröna being in close proximity of the event location, DMC Copenhagen can offer a unique and exclusive alternative when it comes to accommodation,” said Mads Salling, Office Manager, Kuoni Destination Management Copenhagen.
