Its core business is a comprehensive selection of FIT leisure products as well as multi-lingual escorted coach programmes that are complemented by the up-market ‘Lifestyles’ product line.
AlliedTPro also provides tailor-made services for leisure and incentive groups, arrangements for conventions and congresses across the country, and group handling for cruise companies.
Head office is located in New York, with a network of local offices in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Miami Beach, Orlando and Honolulu.
Asian Trails
Asian Trails’ companies have established a network which covers all major Asian tourist destinations. Its offices are in all strategic inbound tourism centres throughout South-East Asia: Cambodia, China, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Thailand and Vietnam. The head office is located in Bangkok.
Asian Trails Ltd. Thailand was the first to commence operation on September 1999 with a staff of now 225-plus experienced managers and travel specialists.
In September 2006 Kuoni Travel Ltd. became a majority shareholder of the company.
Australian Tours Management
Australian Tours Management is one of Australia’s leading inbound and destination management service provides, catering to the requirements of incentive, leisure and special interest groups from the Asia Pacific region. The head office is located in Melbourne.
Since its acquisition by Kuoni Travel Holding Ltd in November 2008, it is part of the Kuoni Destination Management worldwide network.
With an innovative approach and commitment to providing quality service, ATM has won national and state awards for excellence in inbound tourism and has been admitted into Tourism Victoria’s Hall of Fame.
Conference & Touring
Conference & Touring started with only a handful of employees in 1989. Since then, they have established themselves as one of the leading Destination Management Companies with offices in Berlin, Cologne, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Munich and Stuttgart.
They focus on high quality incentives, conferences, events and cruise programmes. First only in Germany, now more and more in other countries.
Conference & Touring was acquired by Kuoni in November 2007 and the headquarters are in Berlin.
Desert Adventures
Established in 1997, Desert Adventures has grown rapidly to become a leading figure in the travel and tourism market in the Gulf area. The head office is located in Dubai.
Desert Adventures was acquired in 2008 and its services include a full range of excursions and safaris, visa handling, hotel reservations, meet and assist at all airports and transfer services.
There are offices in Dubai, UAE; Muscat, Oman and Amman, Jordan.
Distant Frontiers
Distant Frontiers was acquired in 2006 by Kuoni Travel. It caters to the incentive and luxury individual traveller market. Clients are mainly large corporations and travel partners from around the world.
The offer is tailor-made to the requirements of the incentive tour specialist. The head office is located in Haryana, India.
Gulf Dunes
Since 1995, Gulf Dunes LLC has been the premier Destination Management Company and Professional Conference Organizer in Dubai. It is specialized in incentives, meetings, conferences, conventions and special events.
Gulf Dunes was acquired by Kuoni in November 2010 and has offices in UAE and Oman.
Kuoni Connect
Kuoni Connect is a leading online provider of hotels and destination services in the B2B segment. Their clients benefit from a fast growing global inventory with the possibility of booking all requirements online or via XML and receiving immediate confirmations.
Through the user-friendly reservation system, Kobra, they provide to the travel industry a global range of select hotels, transfers, sightseeing tours and excursions with comprehensive visual content and multi-lingual product information.

Private Safaris
Private Safaris arranges custom-designed specialised tours and safaris for groups or FITs and offers accommodation, city breaks, excursions, camper rentals and transfers.
Destination management services are offered in South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Malawi, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zanzibar, Rwanda, Mozambique, Madagascar and Angola. The dedicated Meetings and Incentives department offers services in Southern and East Africa.
Private Safaris East Africa has offices in Nairobi and Mombasa, Kenya, and in Arusha, Tanzania. Private Safaris Southern Africa has offices in Cape Town, South Africa, and Windhoek, Namibia.
SITA
Acquired in March 2000, SITA handles tourists to Bhutan, India, Nepal and Sri Lanka from around the globe. This brand focuses on the leisure segment and has a mix of group and individual travel. The head office is located in Haryana, India.
SITA has a wide range of options on offer: cultural and heritage tours; beach holidays; adventure holidays; wellness and spa Holidays or festival vacations.
