How does the Accounts Department settle payments for their suppliers?Back to top

We are committed to achieve on-time payment of your invoices. To accomplish this, we have adopted an accurate, faster and more efficient accounts payment service.

Your invoices will now be processed automatically. On-time payments shall also be possible during seasonal peak times. In order to achieve this goal however we rely on your support.

The automatic processing works only if you send exactly one invoice per Kuoni reference number and if the following information is printed on the invoice:

Mandatory information:

• Kuoni Reference Number or Tour Number
• All VAT relevant data as required in your country
• New postal address as mentioned in the sections below (Switzerland, Germany Others)
• Please do not use paper clips and stapler.

Printed banking account data will be ignored by the system. Payments will be done to the account stored in our master database. In case of changes, it is mandatory to send us the updated bank account data.

We offer preferred status to selected properties and other suppliers. Such preference is a unique opportunity to secure a cost-effective and worldwide market presence with our various sales units for priority exposure of your property throughout our European reservations system.

Can I upload pdf invoices?Back to top

Yes you can, but you have to fulfil certain criteria. You will find more information on www.billexco.com. This service is not yet valid for German and Swiss suppliers.

Kobra, the user-friendly reservation system delivers instant access to our wide range of select hotels and destination services all around the world. The tool is available exclusively to travel professionals.

It responds to the contemporary customer’s need of retrieving the relevant information for sales purposes in a standard format for all products.
