Main duties

Main duties:
- Assistance to tourist groups of various origins throughout Europe
- Co-ordination of all pre-arranged services related to a programme
- Initiation and communication of changes in pre-arranged services upon request or as deemed appropriate
- Personal assistance to tour participants in case of unforeseen inconveniences/emergencies (e.g. lost luggage, accidents, lost travel documents, etc.)
